Op Shop
Trinkets and Treasures Op Shop began operating on a Saturday in early 2017. As a community we wanted to create a space where people were able to access quality clothing for reasonable prices. As the demand grew, so did the space that we required to operate and so we moved to into our ministry centre in Capp St, Telarah.
We are open on Fridays between 9.30am and 1.30pm and Saturdays 9.00am and 12.00noon throughout the year.
Our shop is staffed by a wonderful group of Volunteers who work tirelessly to provide a range of items including Bric a Brac, Clothing, books etc at reasonable prices.
Over the years it has also become a place of outreach where people are welcome to come and participate in an environment where friendship is important and listening occurs.
All donations are welcome and only the most suitable items are retained for resale. Most of the items are recycled with very little going to landfill. Donations are received during opening hours.
However, we are unable to accept the following due to health and Insurance regulations: Electrical goods, Baby cots, Prams, High Chairs, Car Seats, Bikes, Bike Helmets, Knives, broken or incomplete goods, toys/games, Furniture of any kind, CD’s / DVD’s.
