We as the Clustered Parishes of West Maitland are committed to ensuring that every person within our community is valued. An important aspect of valuing others is our commitment to ensuring that all who engage with our cluster communities are kept safe and supported. We pay particular attention to ensuring that children and vulnerable people have protective measures in place when accessing the ministering community.

We enact this commitment by regularly engaging in professional development on safe guarding our communities and by aligning ourselves with the policies and procedures of the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle that promote safe practices for all.
