Our columbarium is a natural extension of St Mary’s as home for all whom are seeking a peaceful environment. The grounds of our columbarium provide a place of solace for all who come to remember and be present to their loved ones. All are welcome to come and spend time in this prayerful space.
The columbarium’s focal point is Julie Squires’ Madonna and Child bronze, inspired by the 1952 sculpture of the same name by sculptor Jacob Epstein. This sculpture symbolises the sanctity of relationship and stands as a reminder to us all of the eternal love that is gifted to each of us.
